My Story:

I did everything “right.” I built the career. Dated the perfect guy. Checked every box that was supposed to lead to happiness.

But then I found the engagement ring—meant for me—and instead of feeling joy, I sank to the bathroom floor in silence. I didn’t want this. I didn’t even recognize the life I was living.

I was deeply unhappy. And it wasn’t just about the relationship—it was everything. My life looked good on the outside, but it felt like a lie. I had built it based on what was supposed to make me happy, not what actually did.

What I didn’t know then was that my nervous system was stuck in a freeze state. I wasn’t lazy or ungrateful—I was just disconnected. I felt foggy, numb, exhausted, but also restless underneath. I kept thinking, “Why can’t I just be happy?” But I was chasing happiness like it was a finish line—once I finish nursing school, once I get my bachelor’s, once I get the relationship, the house, the SUV with a bow on top… I kept achieving, thinking the next milestone would finally make it click.

But I was missing the happiness I craved—because my nervous system was so stuck and dysregulated, I couldn’t actually access that happiness. Once I started learning how to regulate and support my system, everything changed. I had more clarity. More calm. More access to joy. It wasn’t about giving anything up—it was about finally being able to experience the life I’d worked so hard to build.

So I walked away. I ended the relationship, moved back home, and returned to the ocean—the only place that ever really felt like home.
It was my own little Eat, Pray, Love moment.
That’s when I started following every intuitive nudge I could. I went to sound baths in lavender fields, breathwork circles, moon ceremonies, and Kundalini Yoga classes that cracked me open in the best way. I studied A Course in Miracles, met Gabby Bernstein, and started to see healing as something sacred—something spiritual.

I dove headfirst into sound healing, Reiki, somatic therapy, and even chanting with Buddhist monks. Not to “fix” myself—but to find the version of me I’d buried under years of performing.

Now, I help other women do the same. Through retreats, my membership community, and online teachings, I guide high-achieving women back to themselves—to joy, to emotional presence, to the life they’re meant to feel.
I’m not here to tell you to quit your career or go be a hermit in the Himalayas—I’m here to help you bring nervous system healing into your real life, so you can feel happier, clearer, and more connected while doing the work you’re here to do.

This isn’t just my story—it’s the story of so many women who’ve built beautiful lives on the outside, but are quietly wondering, why doesn’t this feel like mine?

And I’m here to help them come back home.
