Full Moon in Aries
Oct 07, 2025
The Full Moon in Aries is a lot of fire energy.
It’s bold, impulsive, and ready to fn goooo — which can be great unless your nervous system’s already in overdrive. Then it feels like you’re pressing the gas pedal when the tank’s already empty (exhaustion/anxiety).
Aries is ruled by Mars — the planet of action, drive, and movement.
In nervous-system language, that’s your sympathetic state — the part that says go, go, go.
So when an Aries moon hits, you might notice:
-
Restlessness or a weird buzz of energy
-
Trouble winding down at night
-
Snapping at little things
-
Feeling like you “should” be doing more
Your system is syncing up with that fiery frequency.
When you’re already running on stress hormones, that release can feel intense. Your body doesn’t really care whether something’s exciting or stressful — it just reads it all as stimulation.
So if you’ve been feeling emotional, restless, or like you could both scream and nap at the same time? It's totally normal - and I want to share with you a simple grounding technique to help:
Sit somewhere quiet. One hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Inhale through your nose for 4.
Exhale out your mouth for 8.
Whisper: “Slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind”
Repeat it a few times. Let it land.
This full moon doesn’t want you to hustle harder (I know it feels like it is) — it’s asking you to release.
To trust that resting is part of your power.
And to remember that a regulated nervous system is magnetic — it lets your fire burn steady instead of wild.
