Sit upright and place one hand on your low belly.
Play this song:
“My Energy is Infinite” – Geminelle & Deadwildin’
Breathe for 3–5 rounds:
→ Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
→ Hold for 2 counts
→ Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts
Now…
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Let yourself settle.
You’re not doing this to appear calm. (The faking it till we make it culture is dead!)
You’re doing it to actually shift how you feel inside.
