Audrey is a Nervous System Regulation Coach and Registered Nurse who transformed her own life from burnout and chronic stress to one with more balance. With certifications in many somatic healing tools and years of studying the nervous system, her mission is to help ambitious women regulate their nervous systems to find balance and well being, without losing their drive. She hosts the global top 1.5% podcast, Ready To Rise.
